<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrolytic capacitor capable of suppressing the rise of equivalent series resistance of an electrolytic capacitor in a reflow process at the time of implementation. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of valve action metal foils 14 and 15 that function as a positive electrode and of which an oxide film 18 that functions as a dielectric body is formed on the surface are laminated through gaps g1 to g6, and a welded laminate body 12 is prepared. A solid electrolyte layer 23 made up of a conductive polymer film that functions as a negative electrode is formed on the oxide film 18 by polymerization reaction.
