Conveyor for ceramic suspensions - with polyurethane stator lining

Conveyor for solids suspensions, for use in high load conditions, for ceramics and ferrites, comprises an axial conveyor with a feed screw in a stator housing at least whose inner surface is of plastics, pref. of polyurethane, with the properties: limiting bending stress 200-400 kp/cm2, tensile strength 300-500 kp/cm2, extension at break 200-250%. The rotor is metal coated, to a Brinell hardness of 80-100 kp/mm2 and a tensile strength of 40/50 kp/mm2. Pref. the rotor is Ni plated. The polyurethane's ball pressure hardness is 300-700 kp/cm2.
