PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which supplies toner by means of a toner supply member, configured to replace toner including CMYK process toner and special color toner without mixing colors.SOLUTION: Between a toner bottle 121 detachable from an image forming device body and a developing unit 125, a toner supply path formed of a conveyance tube 22, a diaphragm pump 24, and a hopper 28 is located. In changing toner type, toner supply path cleaning mode is executed which drives the diaphragm pump 24, the hopper 28, and the developing unit 125, while the toner bottle 121 is removed, to collect toner of a previous color remaining in the toner supply path to the developing unit 125. The toner bottle 121 and the developing unit 125 are replaced by those for a desired toner type. |
