PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mountability of a fluid pressure cylinder which incorporates a displacement sensor.SOLUTION: In a fluid pressure cylinder 100, a bottom part 12 of a cylinder tube 1 has a pin hole 14 which is formed in a right angle direction with respect to a center axis of the cylinder tube 1, and a penetration hole 15 which is formed in the axial direction of the cylinder tube 1, and penetrates the bottom part of the cylinder tube via the pin hole 14. A displacement sensor 5 has a sensor body 51 which is arranged inside the pin hole 14 in the penetration hole 15, a sensor rod 52 which is inserted into a shaft hole 31 formed at the piston rod 3 in the axial direction, and extends from the sensor body 51, and an annular magnet 53 which is arranged at the piston rod 3 so that its internal periphery faces the sensor rod 52, and can relatively move with respect to the sensor rod 52. The penetration hole 15 has a diameter-reduced part 16 whose inside diameter is smaller than the other portion, and a female screw part 18 which is arranged outside the diameter-reduced part 16, and in the inner periphery of which a female screw is formed. The sensor body 51 is pressed by a plug 7 screwed into the female screw part 18, and is locked to the diameter-reduced part 16 and is fixed. |
