PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement material blending method by which offensive odor substances, such as waste matters, in combustion exhaust gas of cement burning furnaces from cement materials are identified and quantified, thereby enabling determination of the right blending quantity of cement materials to be used.SOLUTION: A cement material blending method includes a testing step S1 of heating cement materials in a testing apparatus to identify and quantify offensive odor substances generated from cement materials per unit weight thereby to obtain odor data, and a usable quantity determining step S2 of calculating on the basis of the odor data the offensive odor substances concentration increase in a planned usable quantity of the cement materials in a real furnace, and so determining the usable quantity of the cement materials that the combined offensive odor equivalent, which is the sum of a first odor index equivalent obtained from the offensive odor substance concentration increase and a second odor index equivalent obtained from the offensive odor substance concentration in the present exhaust gas, become smaller than the target odor index. |
