<p>A credit-card or account issuing method and system using a point card and a program recording medium for the method are provided to allow a user to have more chances to use the point card and allow a bank to make profits from card transaction fees or financial transaction fees. A credit-card or account issuing method includes a step of issuing a point card to a client who purchases a commodity, a step of processing information on the point card, client information and point information and storing the processed information in a storage medium, a step(710) of receiving credit card issuance request information including client information and point card information from a predetermined terminal, a step(715) of authenticating validity with respect to the credit card issuance request information, a step(730) of issuing a predetermined credit card to the client based on the authenticated credit card issuance request information, and a step(735) of storing information on the issued credit card and the client point information.</p> |
