<p>The invention relates to a system for dispensing a beverage and a built-in cleaning process in which the system consists of an assembly formed by a supply device and a cleaning device, both of which are automated and programmable. In said invention the supply unit consists of a condensing unit, an ice pack vat, a central cooling unit, one or more kegs of product and a CO2 cylinder, all of which are connected by means of a series of pipes, solenoid valves, sensors, connectors, pressure gauges and the like, established and located as required; and the built-in cleaning device consisting of specific solenoid valves, a suction line for a disinfectant component, check valves, a dispensing pump and a recirculation pump. Therefore, by means of said cleaning device which acts under the orders of a program, the invention carries out a cleaning and disinfection process via a so-called auxiliary line and product lines, a predetermined number of times and following predefined steps.</p> |
