PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that reduces a load on a user who uses a requirement management system, and enhances the accuracy of processing of a requirement management document.SOLUTION: A system for associating described items with each other between two documents comprises: a conversion unit that converts at least part of described items expressed in a table format among the described items included in the two documents into a described item in a sentence format; and an association processing unit that associates described items with each other between the two documents including described items at least one of which is converted into the sentence format.
