摘要 The present invention relates to an airtight packaging container which is easy to carry out a leakage test, and a leakage test method and a leakage test apparatus using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to an airtight packaging container comprising a cosmetic container for holding a cosmetic containing a high content of moisture and volatile matter (e.g., alcohol, etc.), such as foundation or cosmetic cream, and an airtight lid which is provided on the cosmetic container in order to prevent the moisture and volatile matter (e.g., alcohol, etc.) of the cosmetic from evaporating and being volatilized, wherein the airtight packaging container is designed so that a leakage test for checking whether the tightness of the airtight packaging container is perfect can be easily carried out. Also, the present invention relates to a leakage test method and a leakage test apparatus for checking whether perfect tightness is provided, by using the airtight packaging container. The purpose of the present invention is achieved by providing an airtight packaging container comprising: a cosmetic container (30) for holding a cosmetic (c) containing a high content of moisture and volatile matter (e.g., alcohol, etc.), such as foundation or cosmetic cream; and an airtight lid (60) which is provided on the cosmetic container (30) in order to prevent the moisture and volatile matter of the cosmetic (c) from evaporating and being volatilized, the airtight lid (60) comprising a sealing plate (62) for covering the cosmetic container (30) and a sealing protrusion rim (64) formed on the underside of the sealing plate and inserted into an opening part of the cosmetic container (30) while being tightly pressed against the opening part, wherein a leakage test member (70) is formed in the sealing plate (62) of the airtight lid (60). The leakage test member (70) is made of any one of elastomer, silicone rubber, and NBR rubber which are materials having excellent recoverability. The leakage test member (70) has a cylindrical shape and a coupling groove (72) is formed in the middle of the leakage test member (70). The sealing plate (62) of the airtight lid (60) has a coupling hole (82) to which the leakage test member (70) is coupled and a coupling protrusion rim (84) is formed in the middle of the coupling hole (82). Accordingly, the leakage test member (70) is coupled to the sealing plate (62) by coupling the coupling protrusion rim (84) of the sealing plate (62) to the coupling groove (72) of the leakage test member (70). The leakage test member (70) has a thickness of 1.5-5.0 mm. The leakage test member (70) has a diameter of 3.0-8.0 mm. The airtight lid (60) is hinged to the cosmetic container (30), a knob (68) may be diagonally formed in the hinged part of the airtight lid (60), a locking protrusion (682) is formed below the knob (68), a locking groove (36) in which the locking protrusion (682) is engaged is formed in the cosmetic container (30), and an air vent member (66), together with the leakage test member (70), is formed in the sealing plate (62) of the airtight lid (60). After the cosmetic container (30) is closed with the airtight lid (60) by locking the locking protrusion (682) of the airtight lid (60) in the locking groove (36) of the cosmetic container (30), the locking structure is such that a force of 3-5 kgf must be applied in order to remove the airtight lid (60) from the cosmetic container (30) when a user opens the airtight lid (60) from the cosmetic container (30). A coupling hole (621) to which the air vent member (66) is coupled is formed in the sealing plate (62), a plurality of ribs (622) are formed around the coupling hole (621), and a slit (623) through which air flows is formed between the ribs (622). The air vent member (66) comprises a cover plate (663) for covering the top of the coupling hole (621) of the airtight lid (60), a coupling rod (664) which is integrally formed with the bottom of the cover plate (663) and inserted into the coupling hole (621) of the airtight lid (60), and a packing separation-preventing protrusion rim (665) which is integrally formed with the end of the coupling rod (664) in the form of an enlarged end and prevents packing (67) fitted on the coupling rod (664) of the air vent member (66) from being separated from the coupling rod (664). The packing (67) comprises a coupling rod-coupling hole (671) which is formed in the center of the packing (67) and to which the coupling rod (664) of the air vent member (66) is coupled, an enlarged part (672) which is formed at the lower end of the packing (67) and opens/closes the coupling hole (621) of the airtight lid (60), and an elastic support part (673) which is formed at the upper end of the packing (67) and allows the enlarged part (672) to close the coupling hole (621) of the airtight lid (60) by elastically supporting the cover plate (663) of the air vent member (66) upward. The leakage test apparatus for checking whether the tightness of the airtight packaging container is perfect comprises: a product seat member (92) for seating the airtight packaging container (AC) having the leakage test member (70) formed therein; an air injection member (94) for injecting air into the airtight packaging container (AC) through the leakage test member (70), the air injection member (94) having a syringe needle (93) mounted therein; and an air compressor (96) for sucking in air via an air intake port (95) and injecting air into the airtight packaging container (AC) through the air injection member (94). The leakage test method for checking whether the tightness of the airtight packaging container (AC) is perfect comprises the steps of: (S10) seating, in the product seat member (92), the airtight packaging container (AC) which is to be subjected to a leakage test and has the leakage test member (70) formed therein; (S20) positioning a discharge section (932) of the syringe needle (93) inside the airtight packaging container (Ac) by moving the air injection member (94) having the syringe needle (93) mounted therein such that the syringe needle (93) penetrates into the center of the leakage test member (70) of the airtight packaging container (AC); (S30) operating the air compressor (96) to suck in air from the air intake port (95) and injecting air into the airtight packaging container (AC) through the syringe needle (93) mounted in the air injection member (94); (S40) injecting air until the internal pressure of the airtight packaging container (AC) is 1-5 kgf/cm2 and then stopping the operation of the air compressor (96); (S50) separating the air injection member (94) having the syringe needle (93) mounted therein from the airtight packaging container (AC); (S60) leaving the airtight packaging container (AC) for a predetermined time, preferably for 5-48 hours; and (S70) measuring the internal pressure of the airtight packaging container (AC) after the predetermined time has elapsed and comparing the measured internal pressure with the internal pressure reached when air has been injected.
