PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in processing load on access control based on a time zone.SOLUTION: A database server 101 adds permitted time zone 111 indicating a time zone for permitting access to data including an access authority valid time zone and access permission information 112 indicating whether to permit the access to the data, to an authority information table 110. The database server 101 updates the access permission information of the data to an accessible state when the time to start the permitted time zone 111 defined in the data comes, and updates the access permission information 112 to an inaccessible state when the time to end the permitted time zone 111 comes. The database server 101 receives an access request to access the database from a client terminal 102. The database server 101 controls access to data in the database, on the basis of the access permission information 112 in the authority information table 110. |
