<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that facilitates determination of a fraudulent act using electromagnetism. <P>SOLUTION: A fraudulence detecting device includes: a detection sensor unit that is configured so that a state is changed to an oscillation detecting state and an oscillation non-detecting state and so that the state is changed from the oscillation non-detecting state to the oscillation detecting state by a radio wave; and a metallic ball 127 for detection that maintains the detection sensor unit in the oscillation non-detecting state. The detection sensor unit includes a detection coil 131, an oscillation circuit F, and an oscillation detection circuit G.
