The present invention relates to a novel method for manufacturing ziconotide, which proceeds solid-phase synthesis method (SPPS method) or mixes solid-phase synthesis and solution-phase synthesis (convergence method) under conditions of sonication treatment, heating, and nitrogen current, instead of a normal method of synthesizing peptide through a solid-phase synthesis method. According to the present invention, separation and purification of the synthesized ziconotide are improved and mass production is possible. Also, the present invention has improved yield and purity compared to ziconotide synthesized by a method used in sugar industry, thereby having economic effects in respect of manufacturing costs. |
