<p>The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating diseases intermediated by thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) which contains an antibody, which specifically bonds to siRNA, antisense, shRNA, or HIF-1αof an HIF-1αgene, as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, a novel signal path which is an HIF-1α-dependent TSLP expression caused by the activation of JNK/ERK is blocked so that TSLP-mediated inflammatory diseases or allergic diseases can be effectively prevented or treated.</p> |
