A manufacturing method for a quantum dot of the present invention comprises: a step of making an organic acid mixture including low-molecular-weight organic acids and oleic acids of C12 or less react with a first precursor including group 14 elements; and a step of making reaction products of the organic acid mixture and the first precursor react with a second precursor including group 16 elements. The present invention is able to obtain a quantum dot and a solar cell with improved stability on air and easily controls the size and shape of the quantum dot.
