The present invention relates to a seasoned pork product with an added grapefruit seed extract and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a seasoned pork product and a seasoned pork product manufactured by the method, wherein the pork foreleg meat is matured with a seasoning obtained by mixing a grapefruit seed extract, soy sauce, water, chopped onions, pineapple, green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, sugar, sesame, and pepper. The seasoned pork product according to the present invention is manufactured by adding a grapefruit seed extract, which is a natural product, to the seasoning without using a chemical additive, thereby providing excellent sensory taste and quality; suppressing fat acidification, harmful bacteria, protein deterioration; increasing juicy characteristics and tenderness; and improving flavors. |
