Disclosed are a structure for cooling an ozone generator which can precisely perform cooling control of the ozone generator, and a cooling method thereof. According to the present invention, the cooling structure has an oxygen inlet to supply oxygen from the outside to generate ozone, and an outlet to discharge ozone to the outside on an external circumference surface of a housing. The ozone cooling structure to cool the cylindrical ozone generator consists of a heat radiation body where a pair of heat radiation bodies in a square pillar structure having a semi-cylindrical form open hole face each other to stick to the external circumference surface of the housing of the ozone generator; and at least one Peltier module attached on at least one surface of the heat radiation body and cooling heat absorbed from the heat radiation body. Accordingly, the present invention does not need a refrigerant circulation pump of an existing ozone generator in a water cooling system so that installation space is fully secured. Also, by applying a cooling method using the Peltier module, cooling control of the ozone generator is precisely performed so that deviation of the outdoor temperature can be reduced. |
