The paper currency processing device is also provided with a processing unit that is configured so as to carry out predetermined processing after identification by the identification unit, said processing corresponding to the size of paper currency and being based on information related to the paper currency that is identified by the identification unit and the size information about the paper currency that is acquired by the size information acquisition unit. |
