<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain discharge unit and a drain discharge device including the same capable of preventing drain from being discharged into a bathtub even if the drain discharge device is connected to an additional heating pipe without confirming whether the additional heating pipe is an outgoing pipe or a return pipe at a time of construction, and ensuring size reduction.SOLUTION: A drain discharge unit includes: first and second three-way valves 31 and 32; and a seal holding member 33. A first pipe 42a can be connected to one of first and second joints J1 and J2 of the first three-way valve 31 whereas one of an outgoing pipe 27a and a return pipe 27b can be connected to the other joint of the first three-way valve 31. A second pipe 27b can be connected to one of third and fourth joints J3 and J4 of the second three-way valve 32 whereas the other one of the outgoing pipe 27a and the return pipe 27b can be connected to the other joint of the second three-way valve 32. The seal holding member 33 includes: a hole 33a communicating with each of a first discharge joint D1 and a second discharge joint D2; and a drain discharge passage 3b communicating with the hole 33a.</p> |
