PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing radioactive fine particles from contaminants containing radioactive particles including cesium 134 and cesium 137.SOLUTION: A method includes a step for spraying high-pressure water onto a hard material surface 10 having pollutants containing inorganic fine particles thereon by using a spray device 11 and sucking radioactive fine particles together with sprayed water into a decontamination water tank 12 for storage, which comprises a first step for spraying high-pressure water while rotating a spray nozzle of the spray device and a second step for separating the decontamination water in the decontamination water tank into solids and water by using a filter press 13. The method may also include a third step for further ultrafiltering the separated water by using an ultrafilter device 14.
