PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printer in which, even in a case that a liquid storage body storing a liquid generating bubbles (gas) easily is mounted, such liquid can be supplied stably and breakage of the liquid storage body can be prevented.SOLUTION: The ink jet printer related to the present invention includes: a liquid storage body which comprises a liquid storage chamber that stores liquid generating gas with passage of time due to chemical change of included components, a liquid flowing port that communicates with the liquid storage chamber and flows the liquid and a gas flowing port that communicates with the liquid storage chamber and flows gas; a recording head which communicates with the liquid flowing port and discharges the liquid flowed out from the liquid flowing port; and gas exhausting means which communicates with the gas flowing port and flows gas to the outside of the liquid storage body. |
