PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for adding new arithmetic processing, and to minimize the influence of rule change when sharing data among persons concerned in a system for converting and processing sensor data according to a rule in a gateway device.SOLUTION: A table for associating a processing arithmetic identifier in a rule with a plug-in file including logic for performing corresponding arithmetic processing is provided in a gateway device 113, and means for distributing the plug-in file from an external rule distribution server to the gateway device 113 is provided. The rule is managed by the rule distribution server for distributing the rule to the gateway device 113 such that an identifier showing access authority can be described in the rule, and there is provided a mechanism for performing access control by collating an identifier of an updating person with the identifier showing the access authority in the rule when updating the rule in the rule distribution server. |
