<p>The invention relates to a lift system (10) having a sensor (8) by means of which vibrations generated when the lift system (10) is in operation can be detected, and an evaluation circuit (9) which is connected to the sensor (8) and which is able to evaluate the vibrations detected by the sensor. The evaluation circuit (9) is able to compare the detected vibrations to a pre-definable operating value and a pre-definable threshold value.
