PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity sales data processor capable of contributing to cost reduction, variation of commodity sales mode and improvement of customer services by using a portable information terminal for processing commodity sales data.SOLUTION: The commodity sales data processor includes: a stationary docking station; and a portable information terminal which can be mounted on/dismounted from the docking station. The information terminal reads a data attached to commodities, registers the read data and displays the registered data. When the information terminal is mounted on the docking station, the information terminal performs accounting processing to calculate the amount of money based on the registered data. |
