PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling material falling preventing mechanism for preventing ceiling materials from falling down easily and certainly and a suspended ceiling structure comprising it.SOLUTION: A ceiling material supporting member 1 comprises a connecting part 1a connecting suspending members 2 and a supporting part 1b supporting a side end part 3b of a ceiling material 3, and is formed in a reverse T-shape in its section. The ceiling material 3 comprises a locking piece 3c being folded and projecting to upper side on the side end part 3b. The ceiling material 3 also comprises: a first holding metal 11 which comprises a pair of first side wall parts 11a and first connecting parts 11b, which is formed in approximate reverse U-shape, into which the connecting part 1a of the ceiling material supporting member 1 is inserted, and which is attached in a sandwiched manner between the pair of first side wall parts 11a; and a second holding metal 12 which comprises a pair of second side wall part 12a and second connecting parts 12b, which is formed in approximate reverse U-shape, in which the first holding metal 11 attached on the connecting part 1a is inserted between the pair of second side wall parts 12a, and which is attached in a manner where the locking piece 3c is sandwiched between the second side wall parts 12a and the first side wall parts 11a. |
