<p>A method for controlling detection of narrow part of welding source prevents automatic setting control of a narrow part detection sensitivity (Vtn) from hunting when a plurality of welding sources controlling detection of a narrow part are simultaneously used. The welding source reduces welding current (Iw1) applying an electric current to a short circuit load if detecting that the formation state of the narrow part of globule reaches the narrow part detection reference value (Vtn) and regenerates arc, thereby automatically setting and controlling the narrow part detection reference value (Vtn) based on the narrow part detection time from a point of time of the narrow part detection to the point of time of arc regeneration. When the welding current is applied (Cd=H level) from the other welding source, gains (Δd,Δu) of the automatic set control are reduced as compared to not applied. Therefore, the method for controlling detection of narrow part of welding source can prevent the automatic setting control from hunting.</p> |
