Disclosed is an LED light-emitting device. The LED light-emitting device comprises: a first LED containing a nitride-based LED chip, and emitting blue light with a wavelength in the range of 430-480 nm; a second LED containing a nitride-based LED chip, and emitting green light with a wavelength in the range of 490-530 nm; a third LED containing a nitride-based LED chip and a fluorescent material, and emitting light with a wavelength in the range of 550-615 nm; a fourth LED containing an arsenide-based or phosphide-based LED chip, and emitting red light with a wavelength in the range of 645-700 nm; and a control part to control the current of the fourth LED based on temperature changes in an independent manner with respect to a group including the first LED, the second LED, and the third LED. |
