<p>PURPOSE: A color simulation apparatus, a method thereof, and program recording medium are provided to predict a sense of beauty having combination of design components in a three-dimensional environment even though a product designer does not hold a sample chip. CONSTITUTION: Color database(130) includes information about developed colors. A color space generator displays the developed colors in a three-dimensional space and generates a color space. An interface display unit(160) displays a UI(User Interface) including a first display box for displaying the color space and a second display box for displaying a three-dimensional simulation object. If one color is selected through the manipulation of the color space, an object generating unit(150) generates a 3D(Dimensional) simulation object by reflecting the selected color in a simulation object model.
