The method involves arranging a temperature measuring unit (2) and a heating unit (3) on a carrier unit, where the temperature measuring unit has a platinum thin-film resistor on a ceramic base for the temperature measurement. The temperature measuring unit is heated with an additional platinum thin-film resistor. The temperature measuring unit and the heating unit are fastened in an opening of a cover or a hollow body surface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a flow sensor unit comprising a temperature measuring unit (2) a method for manufacturing a flow sensor unit (3) a measuring device e.g. anemometric measuring device, of a flow sensor unit.
