<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly deliver a rental product to a reserving user. <P>SOLUTION: A rental management server 20 is connected to a deliverer terminal 10 via a communication network, and manages rental products. The server 20 comprises: a storage unit 21 for storing product information which specifies the rental product in association with a reservation status of the rental product; a receiving unit 22 for receiving the product information of the rental product from the terminal 10 of a deliverer who received the returned rental product from an user; a generation unit 23 for reading the reservation status corresponding to the received product information from the storage unit 21 and generating reservation information concerning the read reservation status; and a transmission unit 24 for transmitting the generated reservation information to the deliverer terminal 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
