METHOD FOR PREPARING ANTI-MICROBIAL AGENT AGAINST PLANT PATHOGEN AND ANTI-MICROBIAL COMPOSITION HAVING THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an anti-microbial agent against plant pathogens and an anti-microbial composition containing the same and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an anti-microbial agent against plant pathogens using a culture medium expressing and facilitating an anti-microbial agent against plant pathogens to be secreted from Photorhabdus spp. strain which is nematode symbiotic bacteria, and to an anti-microbial agent containing the same. The method for manufacturing an anti-microbial agent against plant pathogens comprises the steps of: (a) inoculating a Luria-Bertani (LB) culture medium in which proline is added with Photorhabdus spp. Strain; (b) culturing the inoculated Photorhabdus spp. Strain; and (c) obtaining an anti-microbial material against plant pathogens by filtering the culture medium with a filter. The present invention is able to effectively control plant pathogens while replacing existing pesticide chemicals and imported BTI materials by maximizing the production of the anti-microbial agent against plant pathogens from Photorhabdus spp. strain which is nematode symbiotic bacteria.
