PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a film-electrode assembly by which the deformation of an electrolytic film in manufacturing thereof can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A device for manufacturing a film-electrode assembly comprises: a suction roller 20 for conveying an electrolytic film 2 having a back sheet 6 delaminated therefrom, and sucked and stuck to and supported on an outer peripheral surface of the suction roller; a coating nozzle 30 for coating the electrolytic film 2 sucked and stuck to the suction roller 20 with an electrode ink; and a drying oven 40 provided to partially cover the outer peripheral surface of the suction roller 20 for drying the electrode ink to form a catalyst layer. The suction roller 20 is a porous roller made of porous carbon or porous ceramic. The suction roller 20 has a pore diameter of 5 μm or smaller, and a porosity within a range of 15-50%. As to the outer peripheral surface of the suction roller 20, the surface roughness Rz (maximum height) is 5 μm or smaller. Further, the total deflection of the suction roller 20 when being turned is 10 μm or smaller. |
