<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive method for manufacturing ethanol from biomass containing lignocellulose by efficiently suppressing proliferation of bacterial contaminants generated in an ethanol manufacturing process by a simple method.SOLUTION: There is provided an ethanol manufacturing method from a biomass raw material in which ethanol is produced by adding at least one type or more of bactericide to culture solution in a culture tank used in a process of saccharifying and fermenting the biomass raw material.</p> |
