The present invention relates to a sealing structure of a waterproof ear connector and a sealing method thereof for fixedly combining and accurately measuring the sealing and a connector mold. The present invention relates to the sealing structure of the waterproof ear connector where an adhesive filling combination groove is formed on the outside of the combination side of the sealing, and an adhesive moving combination space is formed between the connector mold and the inside of the adhesive filling combination groove. Therefore, the present invention fills adhesive before combination of the sealing and the connector mold by forming the adhesive filling combination groove on the combination side of the sealing and the connector mold. The present invention combines the sealing and connector clearly in two steps by moving a part of the adhesive filled on the adhesive filling combination groove to the adhesive moving combination space under the combination pressure of a combination process by forming the adhesive moving combination space on the inside of the adhesive filling combination groove. |
