PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-step sealed low-temperature food product excellent in instant preparation, convenience, and hygiene, composed of a sealed main food and a seasoned sealed auxiliary food which are sealed in a lower-step housing part and an upper-step housing part of a stepped container with lid materials, respectively, with the lid materials being sequentially detached for directly eating the foods together in the stepped container.SOLUTION: A multi-step sealed food product 10 includes a stepped container 1, a sealed main food 50, and a seasoned sealed auxiliary seasoning food 60. The stepped container 1 is a plastic bottomed container with an open top edge formed from a thermoplastic resin sheet, including a flange part 14 formed by bending the top edge toward outside, an upper-step housing part 12 having an intermediate-step part 15 formed by bending the intermediate part of the sidewall toward inside, and a lower-step housing part 11 having the sidewall joining to the lower part of the intermediate-step part and the bottom. The sealed main food 50 is housed in the lower-step housing part 11, with the top face of the intermediate-step part 15 being detachably heat-sealed with a lower-step lid material 3. The seasoned sealed auxiliary seasoning food 60 is housed in the upper-step housing part 12, with the top face of the flange part 14 being detachably heat-sealed with an upper-step lid material 2. |
