<p>A shadow mask setting method for color CRT is provided for reducing assembling process by no use of bimetal part, and for solving the landing-error. The method has the following steps of; (i) arranging the springs (E) and the frame (B) of a shadow mask (A); (ii) preheating and thermal-expanding the shadow mask; (iii) correcting the position of them by conventional seasoning process; (iv) and welding the frame and the spring. The shadow mask is pref. preheated at 65≰-85≰C for 1-2 min., and then seasoned under the atmospheric condition of 60-65≰C.</p> |
