The present invention aims to provide a harmful substance reduction system which requires low installation costs, has a small volume, and is efficient. According to the present invention, the exhaust gas and harmful substance reduction system including a filter part having a cooling part and a ceramic filter includes: a urea tank in which urea is contained; the filter part which is arranged between an exhaust gas inflow path and an exhaust gas outflow path and includes one or more ceramic filters that remove dust, sulfur oxide, and nitrogen oxide included in the exhaust gas; the cooling part which is arranged on the exhaust gas inflow path and lowers the temperature of the exhaust gas; and a urea supplying part that includes a urea flow channel, which makes the urea contained in the urea tank flow, and a urea supplying nozzle, which supplies urea to upper stream than stream to which urea is supplied by the ceramic filter.
