LOOP ANTENNA AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

The present invention relates to a loop antenna and a manufacturing method thereof including; a loop unit of a conductive material wherein a loop pattern, a first terminal unit, and a second terminal unit extended from outer end of the loop pattern are included on the same layer; a bonding sheet of an insulating material which is attached to the loop unit and includes a jump hole on a first jump position of the first terminal unit and a position corresponding to a second jump position of the inner end of the loop pattern; a jumper of a conductive material which is attached to the bonding sheet; a penetration hole which is formed on the loop unit or the jumper to correspond to the first and second jump positions; a coverlay which is attached to at least one area of the loop unit and forms a charge hole on the position corresponding to the penetration hole; and a solder unit which is charged in the penetration hole and the jump hole through the charge hole from the outside and electrically connects the first and second jump positions of the loop unit to the jumper. Therefore, the loop antenna can be manufactured with a simplified process without the use of raw materials of a double sided copper clad laminate (CCL) shape and the thickness of the loop antenna can be reduced compared to existing one.
