<p>The invention provides a cBN blade with cBN cutting edge part and a WC-based hard alloy blade main body joined via a joint part and with more excellent joint strength. The cBN solves the problems via the following structure, namely, in the joint part joining the cBN cutting edge part and the WC-based hard alloy blade main body, a diffusion layer with a thickness of more than 5 [mu]m formed by 1-20at% of Pd, 0.5-15at% of Si, at least one of W, Co, B, C as unavoidable components and the residual part Ni is formed at the side of the cBN cutting edge part, and a WC bridge forming phase comprising Pd and Si as the main components is formed at the side of the WC-based hard alloy blade.</p> |
