The present invention relates to a toilet scrubber with an excellent capacity for removing contaminated substances on the surface of a toilet, while also providing antibacterial, contamination resistant, and deodorizing effects, and to a toilet cleaning tool comprising the same. The toilet scrubber according to the present invention comprises a felt layer for cleaning, including a cleaning composition; and a functional felt layer including a functional composition. In addition, provided is a toilet cleaning tool equipped with the toilet scrubber and a grip coupled to a part of the toilet scrubber. |
