PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having an adhesive force sufficient to fix and/or protect a component material to be subjected to ultrasonic cleaning and sufficient to prevent separation from the component material at the ultrasonic cleaning, and also having appropriate separability.SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for components to be subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, and includes an adhesive layer containing an active energy ray-curable polymer and a resin having a hydroxyl value of 300 or more.
