<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermostat bath capable of quickly changing the temperature of a sample to a target temperature and maintaining the sample temperature constant after the temperature change.SOLUTION: A thermostat bath (101) comprises temperature change means (150), a thermostat chamber (124), a sample holding chamber (123), and communication cutoff means (170, 171). The temperature change means (150) heats or cools so that the temperature of a gas reaches a set temperature. The thermostat chamber (124) is provided with the temperature change means (150), its temperature being adjusted by the temperature change means (150). The sample holding chamber (123) is separated from the thermostat chamber (124) by a heat transfer wall (120), accommodating a sample (SA) inside of the chamber. The communication cutoff means (170, 171) switches communication between the thermostat chamber (124) and the sample holding chamber (123) to a communicating state or a communication cutoff state.</p> |
