PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a content from being processed and edited and becoming out of the original creator's intention, and also enable a user to easily confirm its distribution source.SOLUTION: In an information processing device, an extraction unit extracts digital watermark embedded in sound that includes information about feature quantity of sound included in a content and information about a distribution source of the content. A notification unit notifies a user of a specified distribution source as a proper distribution source, when the feature quantity of sound and feature quantity of reproduced sound in the content reproduction are in a predetermined similar range.
