The present invention relates to a fibrinolytic enzyme using abalone and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the method for manufacturing fibrinolytic enzyme using abalone according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following: a first step of washing abalone intestines in which body is separated; a second step of adding a predetermined amount of Tris-HCL buffer solution having a predetermined concentration to a predetermined amount of abalone intestines and grinding the same at a predetermined temperature to homogenize; a third step of collecting supernatant by centrifuging the homogenized abalone intestines under a predetermined condition; a fourth step of adding a predetermined amount of ammonium sulfate to the collected supernatant, centrifuging the same under a predetermined condition, and collecting precipitates; a fifth step of dissolving the collected precipitates in the Tris-HCL buffer solution having predetermined concentration, centrifuging the same under a predetermined condition, collecting supernatant in which impurities are removed, and concentrating the same under a predetermined condition; and a sixth step of drying the concentrated supernatant.
