<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a long-length vegetable boxing device capable of automatically and efficiently boxing long-length vegetables sorted and discharged from a selection conveyor without the damage of the vegetables and a need of a manual operation. CONSTITUTION:While long-length vegetables S sorted and discharged from a selection conveyor 1 are transported in a lateral state by a supply conveyor 2 the end part of which can move forward and backward, the long-length vegetables S are successively supplied one by one to a loading part of a pallet 3 by moving the end part forward and backward. The pallet 3 loaded with the long-length vegetables S by the predetermined number by the supply conveyor 2 is made on standby on a storage device. Next, the predetermined plurality of long-length vegetables S are held, picked up, and fed to a predetermined boxing part from the pallet 3 on standby on the storage device by a pick-up and feed device 6, thereby being packed in a box 100.</p> |
