PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds for use in methods of imaging prostate cancer cells and angiogenesis that have radionuclides for single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and positron emission tomography (PET) and impart good contrast.SOLUTION: A compound has a basic structure represented by the formula in the figure and has radioisotope substituents. (Z is tetrazole or COQ; Q is H or a protecting group; R is a radioisotope of halogen, an organic group or the like; and Y is a divalent linking group or a covalent bond.)
