The present invention relates to a heat radiation sheet and, more particularly, to a heat radiation sheet by using graphene and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat radiation sheet according to the present invention includes: a heat radiation layer which has a first surface and a second surface and includes graphene and inorganic particles; an adhesive layer which is located on the first surface of the heat radiation layer; and a protection layer which is located on the second surface of the heat radiation layer.
