PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the long-term reliability of a sealed multipolar insulating terminal structure against airtightness at a high temperature and a high pressure. SOLUTION: A monitoring disk 2 having a leakage monitoring space is positioned in the internal space of a cylindrical sleeve member 5 and a pair of mold release plates 3 and 3 is positioned on both sides of the disk 2.
