<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust circuit characteristics of a circuit element readily by a simple device and miniaturize a circuit, by forming a pattern wherein at least a part of a circuit element is adjacent through a fine clearance, forming a metallic bump, and developing short circuits between adjacent pattern parts. SOLUTION: A spiral-like pattern 2 is formed on an insulating board 1 and a terminal part 2a, and an outside electrode 3 thereof are connected by a jumper line 4. The pattern 2 is subjected to pattern formation so that a part thereof is adjacent through a fine clearance 5, a metallic bump 6 is formed in a proper position of the clearance 5, and an inductance value is adjusted by short H circuiting adjacent pattern parts mutually. As a result, a device is simplified and circuit characteristics can be adjusted readily and scraps, etc., are not generated. Furthermore, a trimming circuit can be miniaturized, parasitic capacity is not generated, and it is proper for a high frequency circuit.</p> |
