PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular passage crossing gate capable of surely holding a blocking bar in a released state. SOLUTION: A crossing gate 10 includes an arm 21 supported on a crossing gate body 11 via an opening/closing shaft 12, a blocking bar 30 supported on the arm 21 via a release shaft 26, and holding means 40 for holding the blocking bar 30 in a released state, the holding means 40 consisting of a locking shaft part 80 provided on the arm 21, and an engaging hook 50 provided on the blocking bar 30 for abutting on the locking shaft part 80 in a ridable-over manner with the turn of the blocking bar 30 into the released state and for engaging with the locking shaft part 80 after riding over the locking shaft part 80 with the further turn of the blocking bar 30 into the released state.
