According to an embodiment of the present invention, a light emitting device package includes: a light emitting device; and a body forming a cavity which the light emitting device is disposed on so as to have an easy structure for preventing a package body from being unmolded. The internal wall of the cavity includes a first inclined surface which is formed at a first angle based on the lower surface of the cavity and a second inclined surface which is formed between the lower surface and the first inclined surface, has a second angle with the first inclined surface, and has a third angle with the lower surface. The height of the second inclined surface is lower than the height of the light emitting device. |
